Mental-health issues, including stress and anxiety are highly prevalent among school and college students. Mental-health issues in childhood and adolescence impact academic performance along with many aspects of life in adulthood.
We provide mental well-being workshops for school and college students that can help them identify and understand their mental-health issues (such anxiety and overthinking) better, and learn healthy coping mechanisms to address these issues.
These workshops are designed to enhance mental-health awareness, target root-causes of mental-health issues and instill healthy coping mechanisms from an early age. They are in accordance with guidelines issued in September 2022 by NCERT on schools’ initiatives for students’ health and well-being.
